This policy explains what Heavyset Studio ("we") collects when you visit this site or send us a project brief, and what we do with it.

What we collect

• What you type into the project form: name, email, website, project details, budget range and timeline.
• Emails you send us directly.
• Anonymous, aggregated visit statistics. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies.

Why we use it

Only to reply to your inquiry, prepare a proposal and, if we work together, deliver the project. We never sell your data or share it for marketing.

Who processes it

Form submissions are delivered to our inbox by an email provider (Resend). The site is hosted by a cloud hosting provider. Both process data on our behalf and only to provide their service.

How long we keep it

Inquiries that don't turn into a project are deleted within 12 months. Client records are kept as long as the law requires.

Your rights

You can ask us to see, correct or delete the data we hold about you at any time. Email hello@heavyset.world and we'll handle it within 30 days. Depending on where you live (for example the EU, UK or California), you may have additional rights under local law, and you can complain to your local data protection authority.

If this policy changes, we'll update the date at the top of this page.
